Electromagnets

Our electromagnets are produced with our own coils. Electro Magnets are available from 3 VDC to 230 VDC. 24 VAC to 240 VAC units are supplied with build in rectifiers.

Coil Winding

Our electrical coils are wound with 16 thru 50 gauge & half gauge magnet wire. Coils can be wound to withstand high temperatures & extreme cold. Upon request we can custom manufacture special coil windings, in any shape or size. Send us a description or technical drawing.

Tattoo Coils & Cores

APW Company has been producing superior hand wound tattoo coils since the late 1970’s. From the early days APW had the pleasure of working with renowned East Coast artists and machine builders “Wally” Walter Moskowitz (S&W Tattoo) and “Big” Joe Kaplan (Kaplan East Coast Tattoo Supply). Since that time in addition to having worked with some industry pioneers, APW has had the pleasure of dealing with other well known artists, machine builders and machine building and supply companies from AZ to FL.

Fine & Ultra Fine Adjusters

Fine and Ultra-Fine Adjustment Screws and bushings are small direct drive components providing extremely high resolution movement. Our fine and ultra fine adjustment screws and bushings provide exceptionally smooth and repeatable movements. 80, 100, 127 and 200 TPI pitches are avaialble.

Vacuum Pick-up Pump

This vacuum pump is intended for use in conjunction with a small parts handling system. Parts can be handled without damage or contamination. Defects caused by pinching, scratching or marring can be eliminated. Critical surfaces are protected. Vacuum is turned on and off with the forefinger using an inline switch.
